By accessing or using our coworking space booking system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Usage
- Users must vacate the reserved room before the booking time ends to ensure a smooth experience for the next user.
- Users are responsible for any damage caused during the use of the room.
- Users must only use the room for the purpose specified at the time of booking (e.g., meeting, podcast, etc.).
2. Double Booking and Room Allocation
- If multiple users book the same room for the same time slot, the room will be allotted to the first user who completed the booking.
- All other users will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made through the system before the start of the reservation.
- Upon cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the user's account as balance, which can be used for future bookings.
4. User Conduct
- Users must respect the shared environment and maintain cleanliness.
- Misuse of the space or any form of misconduct can result in suspension or permanent banning from using the service.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Use of the space is at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
